Privacy Policy

1. Data controller
The data controller is Saasify (Entrepreneur individuel — 59 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France), joignable à l'adresse infos@judgebot.io.
2. Data collected
Judgebot operates with a strict minimum of data:
- Imported MT4/MT5 report files — analyzed entirely in the browser (client-side). The files are never sent to our servers, nor stored.
- Calculated anonymous metrics — score, drawdown, win rate, profit factor, martingale indicator, platform (MT4 or MT5). This data contains no identifying information (no account name, no broker, no user identifier).
- Anonymous audience data — collected by Vercel Analytics: page views, traffic source, device type, country. No cookies are used. IP addresses are anonymized before processing.
- Technical performance indicators — collected by Vercel Speed Insights: loading times, Web Vitals scores. Anonymous.
Judgebot never asks for a name, email, broker identifier, or banking information. No user account is required to use the free service.
3. Purposes of processing
- Provide the analysis of your trading report
- Generate an anonymous public sharing link if you request it
- Measure the aggregated audience of the service in order to improve it
- Maintain the technical quality of the platform
4. Legal basis
The processing is based on thelegitimate interest of the publisher (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR) in providing and improving the service, as well as on your implicit consent to the use of the tool.
5. Retention period
- Publicly shared scores (if you generate a sharing link): retained indefinitely for as long as the service exists. You may request their deletion at any time (see section 8).
- Analytics data (Vercel Analytics): aggregated and retained for up to 30 days.
- Server logs : 7 days maximum, for security purposes.
6. Data recipients
The data is processed by the following processors:
- Vercel Inc. (United States) — hosting, analytics, speed insights. Vercel is certified compliant with the framework Data Privacy Framework between the EU and the United States.
- Supabase (European Union) — database for publicly shared scores.
- o2switch (France) — domain registrar and DNS management.
No data is resold, exchanged or transmitted to third parties for commercial purposes.
7. Cookies
Judgebot does not use any tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
The analytics tools used (Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights) operate without cookies. The browser may use a technical cookie strictly necessary for the application to function (for example, to remember your choice of light/dark theme).
8. Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:
- Right of access : obtain a copy of the data concerning you
- Right to rectification : correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure : request the deletion of your data (in particular publicly shared scores)
- Right to data portability : retrieve your data in a structured format
- Right to object : object to the processing on legitimate grounds
- Right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr)

9. Security
Communications with Judgebot are encrypted using TLS 1.3. The stored data (public scores) is hosted on secure servers in the European Union.
10. Changes to the policy
This policy may be updated. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page. In the event of a substantial change, a visible notice will be displayed on the site.
