1. Acceptance
By accessing Judgebot (judgebot.io) or using it, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these General Terms of Use ("GTU") in their entirety.
2. Description of the service
Judgebot is a free online tool for analyzing Expert Advisor (EA) reports exported from the MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms. The service produces:
- An overall score from A to D (out of 100)
- A diagnosis based on 12 risk metrics (drawdown, win rate, profit factor, recovery factor, Sharpe ratio, etc.)
- Automatic detection of martingale strategies and a Martingale Safety Ratio (MSR) indicator
- A downloadable PDF report
- A public sharing link (optional)
The analysis is performed locally in the browser from the file you import. No file is transmitted to the publisher's servers.
3. Conditions of access
Access to Judgebot is free, open, and requires no registration. It requires a modern web browser and an Internet connection.
The publisher reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service.
4. Disclaimer — Absence of financial advice
Judgebot is an informational tool only.
- The analyses, scores, recommendations and alerts provided by Judgebot do not constitute investment advice or an incentive to invest, nor a recommendation to buy, sell or hold a financial asset.
- Judgebot does not replace a professional audit, an independent financial advisor, or an in-depth analysis by a qualified expert.
- The past performance displayed by an EA are in no way indicative of future performance. Trading on the foreign exchange market (forex) and CFDs involves a high risk of capital loss that may exceed the initial deposit.
- You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their consequences.
5. Limitation of liability
The publisher strives to ensure the accuracy of the analyses and the availability of the service, but cannot guarantee:
- The complete absence of errors or anomalies in the analyses
- The uninterrupted availability of the service
- The suitability of the analyses for a particular purpose
The publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages (in particular financial losses, loss of opportunity, damage to reputation) resulting from the use of or the inability to use Judgebot, except in the event of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6. Intellectual property
All elements of the site (source code, algorithms, the "Martingale Safety Ratio" metric, texts, images, the Judgebot brand, logo) are the exclusive property of the publisher and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
The MT4/MT5 reports you import remain your property. Judgebot claims no rights over these files.

9. Amendment of the GTU
The publisher may amend these GTU at any time. The applicable version is the one in force on the date the service is used. Substantial changes will be indicated on the site.
